🕊️ Scroll of Sovereignty: Healing from Emotional Codependency

By the authority of Divine Order and the sanctity of my soul’s sovereignty, I now open this sacred scroll to release the bonds of emotional codependency, in all timelines, lifetimes, and energetic dimensions.
I speak to every place within me that has believed:
“I am only safe if they are okay. “I am responsible for how they feel. “If I leave, they will fall apart. “If they don’t love me, I must not be lovable. “If I set boundaries, I will be abandoned.”
To these soul lies, I now say:
You no longer hold dominion over me. You were born of wounds — not truth. You were a survival tactic — not a sacred identity. And I return you now to the void from which you came.
I release myself from:
The belief that love must be earned through sacrifice
The need to be needed in order to feel worthy
The addiction to fixing others to avoid healing myself
The entanglements of guilt, shame, manipulation, and emotional merging
The ancestral vow that says “I must abandon myself to be accepted”
I now reclaim:
My emotional sovereignty
My ability to feel without absorbing
My right to say “no” without explanation
My presence as enough — even when no one else is around
My peace without permission
My wholeness outside of performance
I forgive those who mirrored this pain to me — knowingly or unknowingly. I cut cords to cycles that required my silence or sacrifice in exchange for love. I send compassion to the version of me who didn’t know better — and now crown her with wisdom.
🕊️ To my inner child: You are safe now. You do not have to earn love. You do not have to be who they need to be loved. You only have to be you. And that is holy.
I seal this scroll in the frequency of self-trust, God-connection, and divine identity. I walk forward whole. I no longer orbit around emotional chaos. I am centered in my spirit. I am anchored in my truth. I am no longer entangled. I am free.
It is sealed. It is remembered. It is done. Ase' Amen. Aho. Ameen.
